These terms cover your use of this website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About this website

This is the official website of Nine Degrees North (“NDN”, “we”), a music movement in Baguio City, Philippines. It lists shows, links to our social media and shows our videos. How we handle data is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

2. Our content

The NDN name, logo, artwork (including The Cozy Cove Fest artwork), text and design of this site belong to NDN or its licensors.

The videos on this site belong to NDN and, together with NDN, to the artists and labels featured in them. The songs and performances in the videos also belong to the artists, writers, publishers and labels who made them. Videos are shown through YouTube.

You may share links to this site and to our videos. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse our content, name or logo without our written permission, or, for the videos, the permission of NDN and the artists and labels concerned, except where the law lets you, for example for quotation or news reporting.

3. Using the site

Please do not:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems,
• send false or automated traffic to the site’s tracking or other endpoints,
• copy the site by automated means beyond what our robots.txt allows, or
• suggest that you are NDN or are officially connected with NDN.

4. Shows and tickets

We try to keep show dates, venues and lineups correct, but they can change. Check our social media for the latest. This site does not sell tickets. If a show uses a ticket seller, the seller’s own terms apply to your purchase.

5. Sponsors and partners

Applying to be a sponsor or partner does not create an agreement or any obligation for NDN. We decide which applications to accept, and any partnership starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement.

6. Other websites

Links and embedded videos lead to services run by others, such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Their terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Copyright and takedown

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@ninedegreesnorth.ph with what it is, where it appears, and why you believe it is yours. We will review it and remove or fix it where appropriate.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, NDN is not liable for losses that come from using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Baguio City, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
